Program Description
Home Core Compass offers two separate optional SMS programs: requested account and coordination status notifications, and recurring marketing messages containing the free home maintenance guide, seasonal reminders, and checklist updates. Home Core Compass is an informational and coordination resource, not a contractor or service provider.
Consent
You enroll only by providing a mobile number and affirmatively checking the specific unchecked SMS option for the program you want. Consent is not a condition of receiving a guide, submitting an inquiry, using coordination, or making any purchase. Consent for one program does not enroll you in the other.
SMS consent does not authorize Home Core Compass to share your contact information with an independent provider. Any provider introduction requires a separate communication identifying the specific provider and your separate, explicit permission.
Message Frequency
Account and coordination status message frequency varies based on your requested activity. Recurring marketing messages are limited to up to 4 messages per month. Automated technology may be used to send messages.
Charges and Delivery
Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability.
Opting Out
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out. The request is processed immediately and confirmed with one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent for that program unless you later provide new consent.
Help and Support
Reply HELP for help, email support@homecorecompass.com, or call +1 (801) 248-1097. Support requests do not enroll you in marketing.
Privacy and Data Use
Mobile information, opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold, shared, or transferred to contractors, service providers, lead aggregators, affiliates, or third-party marketers for their marketing. Vendors may process data only as needed to operate the Home Core Compass messaging program. Review the Privacy Policy for more information.
Program Changes and Termination
We may modify or discontinue a message program and will provide notice when required. We may suspend messaging for misuse, invalid numbers, carrier restrictions, or legal requirements.
First Message Disclosure
The first outbound text identifies Home Core Compass, describes the selected program, states applicable frequency, says "Msg & data rates may apply," explains that you can reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, and confirms that Home Core Compass is not a contractor or service provider.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, be the authorized user of the mobile number provided, and have authority to consent to messages at that number.
