No Professional Advice

Independent Providers
Independent providers are separate businesses. Home Core Compass does not control, supervise, vet, certify, endorse, warrant, or accept responsibility for their work, pricing, licensing, insurance, availability, or conduct. You are responsible for independently verifying credentials, references, scope, pricing, and contract terms.
No Guarantees or Agreements
A website inquiry does not create a service agreement, confirmed appointment, dispatch, binding quote, warranty, or guarantee of provider availability. Home Core Compass is not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and an independent provider.
Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, avoid interfering with its operation, and not submit harmful code, unlawful material, or information you do not have permission to provide.
